实现互换性的大间隙翼身整流罩面板设计

摘要 结构互换性不仅影响飞机的维护性和运营性,对降低制造成本和总装周期也起到至关重要的作用。翼身整流罩位于机身-机翼对接区,界面复杂,某机型翼身整流罩结构的装配长达数月。实现整流罩面板的互换可以大大降低在总装线上的装配工作,提高装配效率。为了不过度提高制造成本,需寻求一种工程可接受的设计补偿。通过强度试验研究大间隙配合对连接承载能力的影响。试验结果表明,相比一般间隙配合,大间隙配合的连接强度和刚度稍有降低,失效模式一致,均为紧固件拉脱。基于试验结果,提出一种大间隙配合的整流罩面板连接设计可以实现面板互换,为翼身整流罩设计提供参考。 Structural interchangeability does not only affect the maintainability and operability of aircraft,but also plays a crucial role in reducing manufacturing costs and final assembly cycle.Belly fairing is also called wing-tobody fairing,it locates in the wing-body joint area and its interface is very complex.Thus the assembly of the fairing strictures to fuselage can cost several months.The achievement of interchangeability can greatly reduce assembly time and improve the assembly efficiency.It is necessary to find an acceptable design compensation for interchangeability improvement also not increasing the manufacturing cost excessively.In this paper,a design scheme of joint with large clearance fit is proposed,and experiments are carried out to study the strength and failure modes.The results show that the strength of large clearance fit joint is slightly decreased comparing to joint with normal clearance fit and the failure modes of two kinds of joints are the same.Based on the study of this article,we propose a solution for belly fairing structures to achieve interchangeability,which can be a guidance for belly fairing design.
