摘要
化学专业师范生不仅要学习学科专业知识,还要熟练掌握各项教学技能.微格教学是提高化学师范生教师职业技能的有效方法.如何高效地利用微格教学来培养优秀的化学师范生也引起了高校的重视.微格教学培养化学师范生教师职业技能的过程分为七个部分:学习微格教学理论知识、观摩示范视频资料、编写微格教案、微格教学实训、录制教学实况视频、分析与反馈、修改微格教案重构教学策略.通过分析微格教学系统在化学师范生职业技能训练中的作用,以及如何利用微格教学训练化学师范生的教师职业技能,提出加强高校培养师范生教师技能的措施:设置微课平台,提高反馈效果;开设微格教学理论课程;重视板书设计,强调板书设计方法;确定技能培养目标;教师指导并设定教学情境编写教案等.
Pedagogic college students majoring in chemistry should be equipped with not only the professional knowledge related to their subject,but also various teaching skills.Micro-teaching is a rather effective way to improve the professional skills of pedagogic chemistry students.How to make a better use of micro-teaching to cultivate excellent pedagogic chemistry graduates has also attracted increasingly wider attention.The process of cultivating professional skills of chemistry pedagogic university students through micro-teaching consists of seven parts:the learning of theoretical knowledge of micro-teaching,the watching and observing of demo video materials,the writing of micro-teaching plans,the practical training of micro-teaching,the recording of teaching videos,the analysis and feedback,the modifying and re-construction of micro-teaching plans and strategies.By analyzing the functions of micro-teaching system in the vocational skills training of pedagogic chemistry university students and how to use micro-teaching to train their vocational skills,the measures to strengthen the training of teachers'skills are suggested:the establishment of micro-course platform to improve the feedback effect;the offer of theory course of micro-teaching;the emphasis of blackboard layout design;to clarify the goal of skill cultivation;the setting of teaching situation and writing of the teaching plan in teacher’s guidance.
