中医“润法”学术源流发展

Academic Origin and Development of"Moistening Method"of Traditional Chinese medicine

“润法”是中医治病、养生保健中不可或缺的重要治法。本文通过整理中医“润法”的源头与发展脉络,发现“润法”在秦汉时期已经得到实践,相关理论初见于《黄帝内经》,在汉代《伤寒论》体系中得到实践,在唐宋进一步发展完善;而后,“润法”随着金元四大家的争鸣在各个学派中大放异彩;到了明代,“润法”虽未被总结为独立的治法,但蕴含在其他众多治法当中;清朝温病学家对“润法”的应用有了更丰富的总结,并提出“胃喜润”的理论;到了现代,以路志正、徐经世等为代表的医家则在前人医家经验基础上,对“润法”进一步深化应用和发展创新。未来可进一步围绕“润法”开展理论、机制、方药等系列研究,以期在当代疾病诊疗中发挥更大的作用。

"Moistening method"is an indispensable and important therapy in Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment and health care.By sorting out the academic origin and development of the"moistening method"of Traditional Chinese Medicine,this paper finds that the"moistening method"has been put into practice in the Qin and Han Dynasties;The relevant theory of"moistening method"was first seen in the Inner Canon of Huangdi,practiced in the Han Dynasty's Treatise on Febrile Diseases system,and further developed and improved in the Tang and Song Dynasties;Then,"moistening method"with the contention of the four masters of Jin and Yuan Dynasties shines brightly in various schools;In the Ming Dynasty,"moistening method"was not summarized as an independent therapy,but contained in many other therapys;Febrile disease specialist in the Qing Dynasty had a richer summary of the application of"moistening method",and put forward the theory of"stomach likes moistening";In modern times,doctors represented by Lu Zhizheng and Xu Jingshi further deepened the application,development and innovation of"moistening method"on the basis of the experience of previous doctors.In the future,a series of studies on theories,mechanisms,prescriptions and drugs can be further carried out around the"moistening method",with a view to playing a greater role in the diagnosis and treatment of contemporary diseases.
