从“脾损络伤”探讨2型糖尿病的中医病机 被引量:1

摘要 2型糖尿病发病率逐年升高,已成为威胁人类生命健康的主要慢性疾病之一。络脉损伤是糖尿病的形成和并发症发生发展的重要危险因素。通过分析“脾络”的生理病理特点以及在“脾气散精”环节所起到的重要作用,结合中医络病理论,认为脾运失健、脾络受损,是引发脾不散精,精不正化,滞为糖浊的重要原因,表现为血糖升高。本病早期脾络受损,发为脾瘅,病在局部,中后期脾络痹阻,发为多种并发症,病在全身经络脏腑。提出“脾损络伤”是2型糖尿病的病机之一,且贯穿疾病全过程,故“运脾通络”的治疗理念可应用到2型糖尿病的防治之中。 With an increasing incidence year by year,type 2 diabetes has become one of the major chronic diseases threatening human life and health.Collateral injury is an important risk factor for the formation and development of diabetes and its complications.By analyzing the physiological and pathological characteristics of"spleen collateral"and its important role in the link of"spleen Qi dispersing nutrient substance",combined with the collateral disease theory of traditional Chinese medicine,It is considered that the dysfunction of the spleen in transportation and the damage of spleen collateral is the important reasons of spleen failing to disperse nutrient substance,the essence not positively formed,and amass sugar turbidity,which manifests high blood sugar.In the early stage of the disease,the spleen collateral is damaged,causing Pi-dan,and the lesion is localized,in the middle and late stages,spleen collateral obstruction occurs as a variety of complications,and the lesion is in the meridians and viscera of the whole body.It is proposed that the"spleen collateral injury"is one of the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes and runs through the whole process of the disease.Therefore,the concept of"transport spleen to dredge collateral"can be applied to prevent and treat 2 diabetes.
