公立医院医护人员社会主义核心价值观践行现状与培育路径研究

Research on Practice and Cultivation of Core Socialist Values by Physicians and Nurses in Public Hospitals

目的了解北京市属公立医院医护人员对社会主义核心价值观的认知、认同和践行情况,探索针对公立医院医护人员培育社会主义核心价值观的路径。方法采用问卷调查法,对北京市属22家公立医院819名医护人员进行问卷调查,内容涉及对社会主义核心价值观的认知、认同和践行情况。结果社会主义核心价值观各项内容被医护人员知晓的比例在31.38%~92.55%之间,被认为非常重要的比例在61.90%~81.56%之间,医护人员的观念和行为经常践行社会主义核心价值观的比例在73.99%~97.92%之间,医师经常践行的比例(78.57%~98.63%)整体上高于护理人员(70.33~98.02%)(P<0.05)。结论医护人员对社会层面内容的认知仍需进一步加强,建议建立健全培育机制,推动社会主义核心价值观融入医疗管理服务;医护人员已将“友善”的价值观外化为自觉行动,建议强化人文医院建设,推动社会主义核心价值观融入医德医风教育;护理人员的践行情况较医师尚存在提升空间,建议发挥管理人员作用,推动社会主义核心价值观融入优质护理服务。

Objective This paper aims to gain an understanding of the perception,recognition,and practice of core socialist values by physicians and nurses in public hospitals,and to explore ways to cultivate core socialist values in physicians and nurses in public hospitals.Method By adopting questionnaire survey,questionnaires are distributed to 819 physicians and nurses in 22 public hospitals based in Beijing,which investigates their perception,recognition,and practice of core socialist values.Results The contents of core social values were known by 31.38%-92.55% of physicians and nurses,highly valued by 61.90%-81.56%of them,and often practiced by 73.99%-97.92%.Ove-rall,physicians practice core socialist values(78.57%-98.63%)more than nurses(70.33-98.02%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Advisably,physicians and nurses'perception of social contents can by enhanced by establishing and improving their cultivation mechanisms and promoting the integration of core socialist values into medical management services.Physicians and nurses have externalized the values of"friendship"into conscious actions,so the construction of humanistic hospitals shall be strengthened to promote the integration of core socialist values into medical ethics education.Compared with physicians,there is still room for improvement in the practices of nursing staff.Therefore,it is suggested that the managers play their roles in promoting the integration of core socialist values into high-quality nursing services.
