生命伦理学视阈下的“互联网+医疗”患方权益保障问题及对策探析

Research on the Protection of Patients'Rights and Countermeasures of"Internet+Medical"from the Perspective of Bioethics

目的探讨生命伦理学视阈下“互联网+医疗”模式中患方权益保障问题,为其良性发展提供参考意见。方法通过目的抽样法在北京市对25名居民和33名医生进行半结构化的个人深入访谈,采用主题框架法对访谈资料进行定性分析。结果“互联网+医疗”对患方隐私保护能力较差,获取知情同意较难,难以践行公平原则,其尚未达到对患者利益保护的最大化。结论应从法律政策、互联网技术、医生行为等多层面保障“互联网+医疗”模式下的患者就诊权益。

Objective To discuss the protection of patients'rights and interests in the"Internet+medical"model from the perspective of bioethics,and to provide references for its sound development.Methods Semi-structured personal in-depth interviews with 25 residents and 33 doctors were conducted in Beijing by purpose sampling me-thod,and the interview data were qualitatively analyzed using thematic framework method.Results"Internet+medical treatment"has a poor ability to protect patients'privacy.it is difficult to obtain informed consent and to practice the principle of fairness.It has not reached the maximum protection of patients'interests.Conclusion The rights and interests of patients under the"Internet+medical"model should be protected from multiple levels of legal policies,Internet technology,and doctors'behavior.
