国内外住院医师规范化培训师资胜任力研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 住院医师规范化培训(简称“住培”)带教师资队伍建设是提升住培质量的关键。通过梳理和对比国内外住院医师规范化培训带教师资胜任力有关的研究,了解国内外住培师资胜任力模型构建及应用现状,总结特点及不足。国外师资胜任力框架较为系统规范,内容上侧重于以学生为中心的教学,应用较为广泛;而我国住培师资胜任力研究较为局限,内容上侧重于师资教学能力,在医学人文方面有所欠缺,实证应用研究较少,缺乏长期跟踪调查。建议我国进一步建立适应中国国情的住培师资胜任力模型,设计系统规范的师资培训课程,制定具体可操作的考核评价体系,加强住培师资队伍建设,促进住院医师规范化培训质量提升。 The competency of residents standardized training faculty is the key to improve the quality of resident training.This paper reviewed the recently research on the competency of clinical teachers at home and abroad.We summarized the characteristics and weaknesses of the professional competence model of clinical teacher.The faculty competency framework in other countries was relatively standardized,the content was more focused on learner-centered teaching,and the application was more extensive,while the research in China was more limited,the content focused on the teaching skills and was lack of humanities education.There was few empirical application researches and lack of long-term follow-up investigation in China.It is suggested that China should further establish a competency model for medical faculty,design systematic and standardized teacher training courses,establish a concrete and operable assessment and evaluation system,and strengthen the construction of resident teachers to promote the qua-lity of residents standardized training.
