医疗机构应急预案评价指标体系研究

Study on Evaluation Index System of Emergency Plan in Medical Institutions

目的构建科学、有效的医疗机构应急预案评价指标体系。方法采用文献研究法、德尔菲法、层次分析法和模糊综合评价模型,建立并检验指标体系的有效性。结果根据函询专家意见,首先确定了应急预案有效性评价的7个一级指标;同时对二级指标进行调整,确定了22个二级评价指标。进一步构建该应急预案评价指标体系,经检验其综合总分值超过80分,为良好等级。结论初步建立的应急预案评级体系综合评价等级良好,可为应急预案的评估和改进提供参考。

Objective To establish a scientific and effective emergency plan evaluation index system for medical institutions.Methods The literature research method,Delphi method,hierarchical analysis method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model were applied.Results According to the experts'opinion,7 first-level indicators and 22 second-level indicators are finally determined.The evaluation index system of the emergency plan is further constructed,and its comprehensive total value is more than 80 points,which is of good grade.Conclusion The research preliminarily established the rating system of emergency plan,and the comprehensive rating is good,which provides reference for the evaluation and improvement of emergency plan.
