摘要
采用有限元分析方法,对工作压力及水自重作用下的热泵承压水箱美式单凸内胆椭圆形封头和碟形封头进行仿真,对比了2种封头的静应力最大值和安全系数最小值。结果表明,在0.72 MPa工况下,同一规格的椭圆形封头承压能力、安全系数远大于碟形封头。
In this paper,the elliptical and disc-shaped lower shell cover of the American single-convex inner tank of the heat pump water tank are taken as the research object.Through the finite element analysis method,the simulation analysis and comparative study of the four shell covers structures under the working pressure and water self-weight of the shell cover are simulated.The ultimate stress and safety factor of the elliptical and disc-shaped lower shell covers of the water tank are obtained.The experimental results show that under the working condition of 0.72 MPa,the bearing capacity and safety factor of the elliptical shell cover of the same specification are much larger than those of the dish-shaped shell cover.It provides theoretical support for further structural optimization.
