边坡测斜管扭转检验与测值修正

摘要 边坡变形监测是边坡安全监测的重要部分,测斜管作为边坡变形监测的重要设施,可靠性直接影响到变形测值的真实性。为定量研究边坡测量工程中测斜管的扭转情况及检验方法,尤其是基于测扭结果的变形测值修正,在分析影响测斜管倾斜原因的基础上,结合边坡工程的实际情况给出检测测斜管扭转状态的专业测扭仪的选型依据、检测过程、数据修正方法,重点介绍根据实测扭转角进行测值修正的过程。以某电站工程进水口边坡上安装的CF01和CF022根测斜管为例,采用几何修正和坐标转换的方法对测斜管导槽扭转和测值修正过程进行分析,根据实测数据和计算结果分析现有扭转程度对测值的影响。工程实例表明,所提方法合理、可信,所选用的测扭仪可靠,对类似工程具有一定的应用参考价值。 Slope deformation monitoring is an important part of slope safety monitoring.As an important facility for slope deformation monitoring,the reliability of the inclinometer tube directly aff ects the authenticity of deformation measurement values.In order to quantitatively study the torsion of inclinometer tube in slope engineering and its test method,especially the correction method of deformation measurement values based on the torsion measurements,based on the causes of the inclination of inclinometer tubes and practical conditions of slope engineering,this paper introduces the selection principles,testing process and data correction method of the professional torsion instrument for detecting the torsion of the inclinometer tube.The measured value correction process according to the measured torsion angles is particularly explained in the paper.Taking two inclinometer tubes CF01 and CF02 installed on the intake slope of a power station project as an example,the torsion of the guide groove of the inclinometer tube and the measured value correction process are analyzed in detail by applying geometric correction and coordinate transformation.Based on the measured data and the calculation results,the influence of the existing torsion degree on the measured values is analyzed.The engineering case shows that the proposed method is reasonable and reliable,as well as the selected torsion instrument,which can give references to similar projects.
