基于物联网云平台的遂溪县灌区管理系统构建研究

Research on the development of irrigation management system in Suixi County based on Internet of things cloud platform

2019年以来,遂溪县连续实施农业水价综合改革,随着用水计量监测站点数量的增加和灌区管理业务的不断深化,需要对不同厂商及类型的用水计量设施进行集中管理,以便及时准确获取水情、工情数据,实现灌区信息化管理。结合遂溪县灌区管理实际情况,基于物联网云平台构建遂溪县灌区管理系统,包括灌区概况、灌区一张图、实时监测、运行管理、工程管护、智能巡检、水价改革、用水统计、管理App等模块。灌区管理系统的构建有利于全面提升用水计量自动监测站点的管理水平,为持续发挥遂溪县农业水价综合改革效能及灌区现代化管理提供技术支撑,也为相关地区灌区的信息化建设起到示范作用。

Since 2019,Suixi County has continuously implemented the comprehensive reform of agricultural water price.With the increase of the number of water consumption monitoring stations and the development of irrigation management business,it is necessary to comprehensively manage different types of water metering facilities from different manufacturers,which can support timely and accurately water monitoring and work data acquisition,thus it can realize the irrigation management informatization.In combination with the actual management of Suixi County's irrigation region,the irrigation management system is developed based on the Internet of things cloud platform,including irrigation region overview,one-map of the irrigation region,real-time monitoring,operation management,engineering project management and maintenance,intelligent monitoring and inspection,water price reform,water statistics,management App and other modules.The development of the irrigation management system can comprehensively improve the management of automatic water consumption monitoring stations,and provide technical support for continuously comprehensive reform of agricultural water prices and modern management of irrigation areas in Suixi County.This study is also expected to be a demonstration for informatization of other irrigation areas.
