浅谈防晒剂胡莫柳酯的安全性评估及各国监管情况

Safety Assessment of Sunscreen Homosalate and Its Supervision in Various Countries

通过文献研究,总结国内外胡莫柳酯毒理学研究进展,分析欧盟消费者安全科学委员会(SCCS)3次对胡莫柳酯的评估差异和主要国家对胡莫柳酯的监管情况。胡莫柳酯体内试验慢性毒性和生殖毒性显示阳性,体外试验具有抗雄激素作用和孕激素受体拮抗作用。中国对其使用限值要求严于美国等国家,但与SCCS推荐限值仍有差异。胡莫柳酯作为常见防晒剂,其使用限值存在安全性风险,建议我国监管部门对其加大风险监测并开展安全性评估研究,为制定科学合理的使用限值提供依据.

The toxicological research progress of homosalate at home and abroad was summarized through literature research,and the evaluation differences of homosalate by Scientific Committee on Consumer Safety(SCCS)for three times and the supervision of homosalate by major countries were analyzed.The results of chronic toxicity and reproductive toxicity were positive in vivo,and the antiandrogen effect and progesterone receptor antagonism were observed in vitro.China has more stringent requirements for its use limits than countries such as the United States,but there are still differences from SCCS recommended limits.As a common sunscreen agent,homosalate has safety risks in its use limit.It is recommended that Chinese regulatory authorities should strengthen risk monitoring and carry out safety evaluation study to provide the basis for formulating scientific and reasonable use limit.
