冰川低氘水对皮肤长效保湿与舒缓修护的功效 被引量:1

摘要 为了解冰川低氘水对皮肤的功效,本文采用在体试验的研究方法,以5100西藏冰川矿泉水作为天然形成的冰川低氘水,研究其长期使用后的长效保湿与舒缓修护的功效。选择30名年龄18~44周岁的受试者为研究对象,通过仪器测试使用冰川低氘水作皮肤外用剂后第0、7、14、21、28天的角质层水分含量、经表皮失水率和皮肤光泽度,结合乳酸刺痛评分并采用Visia-CR全脸拍摄图像分析面部泛红区域a*值。结果显示,连续使用28天冰川低氘水对皮肤角质层水分含量的提升、经表皮失水率的降低、皮肤炎症、肌肤红区状况的改善都作用显著,说明5100西藏冰川矿泉水作皮肤外用剂对皮肤角质细胞具有长效保湿与舒缓修护的功效。 In order to study the effects of natural glacial low deuterium water on skin,an in vivo experiment was conducted in this paper to study the long-lasting moisturizing and soothing repair effects of 5100 Tibetan glacial mineral water as natural glacial low deuterium water after a long-term use.Thirty subjects aged 18-44 were selected.The moisture content of the stratum corneum,transepidermal water loss rate and skin radiance parameters were measured on 0,7,14,21 and 28 d after the use of glacial low deuterium water as a skin external application agen,combined with lactic acid tingling scores and analyses of facial redness areas a*values using Visia-CR full face shot images.The results showed that continuous use of glacial low deuterium water for 28 d had significant effects on increasing of moisture content of the skin stratum corneum,reduction of transepidermal water loss,and improvements of skin inflammation and skin redness.It indicated that 5100 Tibetan glacier mineral water as a skin application agent has a long-lasting moisturizing and soothing repair effect on skin keratinocytes.
