一种功效组合物对敏感性皮肤的刺激性舒缓修护功效

Irritating Soothing and Repairing Effect of a Functional Composition Product on Sensitive Skin

通过体外红细胞溶血试验检测刺激性;通过检测人体皮肤角质层含水量、皮肤经表皮水分流失率值、皮肤泛红平均值及自评参数(面部泛红、瘙痒感、灼热感、刺激感指标)等指标,评估功效组合物产品对敏感性皮肤的舒缓修护功效。研究结果表明,使用功效组合物产品28天后,分析受试者皮肤角质层含水量值、皮肤经皮水分流失率值、面部泛红平均值皆有显著改善(P<0.05)。受试者自评面部皮肤灼热感、刺激感、泛红、瘙痒感皆有显著性的改善(P<0.05),在产品使用28天的试验期间受试者反馈未出现任何皮肤不良反应。结果表明,功效组合物产品无刺激性,对面部皮肤泛红、灼热、刺激、瘙痒感效果,对经表皮水分流失率值增加和角质层皮肤含水量减少引起的物理屏障受损有修护效果。

This study was based on the in vitro erythrocyte hemolysis experiment for irritation tests,human skin stratum corneum water content,skin transepidermal moisture loss rate value,skin redness average and self-assessment parameters(facial redness,itching,burning sensation,irritation index)and other indicators to evaluate the functional composition product on sensitive skin soothing and repair effect.The results showed that after 28 d of use,the average value of the stratum corneum of the skin,the value of the percutaneous moisture loss rate of the skin,and the average value of facial redness were significantly improved(P<0.05).Subjects self-rated facial skin burning,irritation,redness,itching sensations were significantly improved(P<0.05),and during the 28-day trial of the product,the subjects reported no adverse skin reactions.In summary,the functional composition product is non-irritating.It has a soothing effect on the facial skin redness,burning,irritation,itching,and a repairing effect of the physical barrier damage caused by the increase in the water loss value of the transepidermal skin and the decrease in the water content of the cuticle skin.
