奇亚籽油在化妆品中的护肤功效

Skin Care Effects of Chia Seed Oil in Cosmetics

通过斑马鱼试验探究奇亚籽油的护肤功效。结果表明:(1)质量浓度为2.5 g/L时,奇亚籽油对斑马鱼胚胎活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)有清除作用;(2)质量浓度为0.1 g/L时,奇亚籽油对斑马鱼胚胎尾鳍修护有促进作用;(3)质量浓度为0.25 g/L时,奇亚籽油对斑马鱼胚胎中性粒细胞聚集有抑制作用,且与空白对照组相比有显著差异。综上,奇亚籽油具有抗氧化、修护、舒缓功效,在化妆品领域极具开发价值,具有良好的应用前景。

Zebrafish was used to explore the skin care effects of chia seed oil.The results were shown as follows.(1)When the mass concentration of chia seed oil was 2.5 g/L,it could scavenge the reactive oxygen species(ROS)of zebrafish embryos.(2)When the mass concentration of chia seed oil was 0.1 g/L,it could promote the regeneration of zebrafish embryonic caudal fin.(3)When the mass concentration of chia seed oil was 0.25 g/L,it could significantly inhibit the neutrophil aggregation of zebrafish.And there was a significant difference compared with the control group.Above all,chia seed oil has the effects of anti-oxidation,repair and soothing,which means that chia seed oil has great development value and broad application prospect in cosmetics.
