A市、B市交界段支流支沟水质污染调查研究

Investigation and study on the water quality pollution of tributary branches at the junction of City A and City B

A市七乡河上游段来水水质较好,A市、B市交界断面水质则长期处于Ⅴ~劣Ⅴ类;交界断面两条支流支沟均呈黑臭状态,污染源主要来自B市交界小镇多个住宅小区生活污水直接排放。初步原因分析,B市交界小镇房地产基建工地生产和生活废水随意排放、污水管网“三同时”执行不到位、B市交界小镇污水处理厂污水收集范围和处理能力不足。建议B市加强基建工地科学监管,设置生产生活污水收集处理装置。提升现有污水处理厂处理能力,推进雨污分流工程建设,补齐污水管网滞后短板。

The water quality of the upper reaches of Qixiang River in City A is fairly good,and the water quality of the junction section between City A and City B is in the ⅴ ~ inferior ⅴ category for a long time.The two tributary branches in the junction section are black and smelly,and the pollution source mainly comes from the direct discharge of domestic sewage from several residential areas in the junction town of City B.Preliminary cause analysis shows that there exists production and domestic wastewater discharge on the estate construction site at the junction of City B,sewage pipe network “three simultaneous” implementation is not in place,and that City B junction town sewage treatment plant sewage collection range and treatment capacity is insufficient.It is suggested that City B should strengthen the scientific supervision of infrastructure construction sites and set up domestic sewage collection and treatment equipment.At the same time,we will upgrade the existing sewage treatment capacity,promote the construction of rainfall water diversion projects,and make up for the deficiencies in the sewage network.
