换向器高速动态测量中的轴系误差分析与分离技术

摘要 换向器的段差变化值是检验换向器质量和性能的重要指标。其中,相邻两铜片间的段差变化值最为关键,即片间误差值。动态段差变化指标最符合换向器的实际工况,需要在专业的超速设备中测量。测量数据叠加干扰因素即轴系误差影响,以轴承误差、配合误差、安装误差为主。分析轴系误差产生的原因,提出分离与剔除轴系误差的方法。 The segment difference variation value of the commutator is an important indicator for testing the quality and performance of the commutator.Among them,the variation value of the segment difference between adjacent copper sheets is the most critical,which is the error between sheets.The dynamic segment difference change indicator is most in line with the actual working conditions of the commutator and needs to be measured by professional overspeed equipment.The measurement data superimposes interference factors,namely the influence of shaft system errors,mainly including bearing errors,fitting errors and installation errors.The causes of shaft system errors are analyzed and methods for separating and eliminating shaft system errors are proposed.
