以上海市天然气主干管网崇明岛-长兴岛-浦东新区五号沟LNG站管道工程隧道B线管道工程为背景,阐述长距离小直径盾构掘进过程中的沼气防治及应急措施。该工程穿越多个土层,土层中存在不规则沼气带,穿越过程风险极大,可能危害人身安全,严重时会影响盾构机的姿态控制。秉持“预防第一,实时调整”的原则,该工程在施工过程中采取了专项沼气预防、处理、应急等技术控制措施,确保盾构施工得以安全顺利地进行。

Based on the B-Line pipeline project in Shanghai natural gas trunk pipelines,which connects Chongming island,Changxing island,and Pudong New Area's Wuhaogou LNG Terminal,it elaborates on the methane prevention and emergency countermeasures during long-distance small diameter shield tunneling.The project crosses multiple soil layers,in which there is an irregular methane belt.The risk during the crossing process is great,which may endanger personal safety,and even affect the attitude control of the shield machine.Adhering to the principle of"prevention first,real-time adjustment",this project has taken special technical control measures such as methane prevention,treatment,and emergency response during the construction process to ensure the safe and smooth progress of shield tunneling construction.
