乡村振兴视角下“双创”教育与思政教育对农村电商人才供给侧的影响探究

Exploring the Impact of"Innovation and Entrepreneurship"Education and Ideological and Political Education on the Supply Side of Rural E-commerce Talents from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

近年来,随着农村互联网基础设施建设得到大力提升,农村电商也得到迅猛发展,但农村电商人才却十分匮乏。高职院校作为农村电商人才的主要来源,需培养具有创新思想和创业意识,又具备正确“三观”和社会主义核心价值观的高素质物流人才,推动农村电商行业发展,实现乡村振兴。为此,针对“双创”教育与思政教育对学生素养的影响关系进行假设,开展实证分析,提出相应改善建议。

In recent years,the construction of rural internet infrastructure has been greatly improved,and rural e-commerce has developed rapidly.However,rural e-commerce talents are very scarce.As the main source of rural e-commerce talents,vocational colleges need to cultivate high-quality students with innovative thinking and entrepreneurial awareness,as well as correct"three values"and socialist core values,to promote the development of the rural e-commerce industry and achieve rural revitalization.To this end,hypotheses are proposed regarding the impact of"entrepreneurship and innovation"education and ideological and political education on students'literacy,empirical analysis is conducted,and corresponding improvement suggestions are proposed.
