摘要
本研究采用问卷调查的形式对146名物流企业员工和61名物流企业中高层管理者进行调查,探讨物流企业中真实型领导对员工创新行为的作用机制,检验知识分享行为在当中的中介作用。结果显示,物流企业真实型领导行为对员工创新行为有显著正向影响;知识分享行为起到部分中介作用。研究进一步丰富了真实型领导的研究成果,为企业未来设立良好的创新制度和氛围提供了指导。
In this study,146 employees and 61 middle and senior managers of logistics enterprises were surveyed by questionnaire.This paper discusses the function mechanism of real leaders on employees'innovative behavior in logistics enterprises,test the mediating role of knowledge sharing behavior.The results show that the real leadership behavior of logistics enterprises has a significant positive impact on employees'innovation behavior,knowledge sharing acts as a mediator.The research further enriched the research results of real leadership;it provides guidance for enterprises to establish a good innovation uniform and atmosphere in the future.
