Research on Decision Optimization of Manufacturer Integrated Retailer Supply Chain Based on Master Slave Game

随着市场经济的快速发展,供应链管理研究的重要性日益凸显。供应链管理的主要节点包含了供应商、制造商、零售商以及消费者等部分,每个节点间的关系错综复杂,按照市场模式可以分为合作与博弈两种关系。文章研究一个制造商和两个零售商的供应链主从博弈决策问题,在这个供应链里,制造商是主导者,零售商是跟随者,通过博弈模型求解得到了在博弈环境下的三个参与者的最优决策,并且得出他们在最优情况下的最大收益值,最后通过具体数值案例验证了目标收益函数取值的正确性和有效性,以期为供应链管理研究提供参考。

With the rapid development of the market economy,the importance of supply chain management research has become increasingly prominent.The main nodes of supply chain management include suppliers,manufacturers,retailers,and consumers,and the relationships between each node are complex and can be divided into two types according to market patterns:Cooperation and game.This article studies the master-slave game decision-making problem of a supply chain between a manufacturer and two retailers.In this supply chain,the manufacturer is the leader and the retailer is the follower.The optimal decisions of the three participants in the game environment are solved using a game model,and their maximum returns in the optimal situation are obtained.Finally,the correctness and effectiveness of the target return function values are verified through specific numerical cases,to provide reference significance for supply chain management research.
