双循环背景下高校物流管理专业教学改革与实践研究

Research on the Teaching Reform and Practice of Logistics Management Major in Colleges and Universities under the Background of Dual Circulation

随着双循环新发展格局的不断深入,为中国经济发展提供了更加强劲的动力,也为物流产业的发展带来了机遇与挑战,同时也要求高校培养更多的物流人才。然而在物流人才培养过程中还存在培养目标不明确、教学资源不足、实践教学实施有困难、校企合作不深入及评价体系不当等问题。因此,在双循环背景下,高校应当进行物流管理专业教学改革,以明确培养目标、丰富教学资源、科学实施实践教学,深化校企合作并优化评价体系,以满足社会经济发展对物流人才的需求。

With the deepening of the new development pattern of dual circulation,it has provided a stronger impetus for China's economic development,and also brought opportunities and challenges for the development of the logistics industry.At the same time,colleges and universities are required to cultivate more logistics talents.However,in the process of training logistics talents,there are still problems such as unclear training objectives,insufficient teaching resources,difficulties in the implementation of practical teaching,weak cooperation between schools and enterprises,and improper evaluation system.Therefore,under the background of dual circulation,colleges and universities should carry out the teaching reform of logistics management specialty to clarify the training objectives,enrich teaching resources,scientifically implement practical teaching,deepen school enterprise cooperation and optimize the evaluation system,so as to meet the needs of social and economic development for logistics talents.
