抓住机遇,推进创新,全面提高高校外语人才自主培养质量

Seize opportunities,promote innovation,and comprehensively improve the quality of independent cultivation of foreign language talent

党的二十大报告对教育作出新部署,提出新要求,高等教育迎来新的发展机遇。高等外语教育应深入贯彻落实党的二十大精神,深刻理解高等教育的新形势、新任务,从五个方面发力,全面提高外语人才自主培养质量:1)创新推动外语教育课程思政建设;2)在“四新”建设中推进外语教育创新;3)聚焦关键领域涉外人才培养;4)打造面向新时代的外语核心课程体系,探索建构中国自主外语教育知识体系;5)以数字化构建外语教育新形态。

The report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the strategy of building an educational powerhouse,setting new missions and development requirements for higher education.The new deployment and requirements of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China on education must be profoundly implemented in foreign language education.The foreign language education community should accurately understand the new situation and tasks of higher education,and make efforts in the following five aspects to comprehensively improve the quality of independent cultivation of foreign language talent:1)advancing innovatively moral education in foreign language education;2)promoting innovation in foreign language education in the construction of the“Four New Disciplines”;3)focusing on cultivating foreign language talent in critical fields;4)building a core foreign language curriculum system for the new era and exploring the construction of an independent knowledge system for foreign language education;5)constructing a new digitalized form of foreign language education.
