摘要
以孔子学院为代表的国际中文教育事业蓬勃发展,合格汉语师资的培养仍是有待进一步解决的问题,研究职前汉语教师教学动机对该问题具有重要意义。本文以253名汉语国际教育硕士生为样本,使用调查量表探索了他们的教学动机特点及其影响因素。调查发现:①职前汉语教师具有较强的社会价值动机、跨文化动机和内部动机,而职业价值动机、他人影响动机和职业备选动机较弱;②汉语教学经历和本科专业背景是影响教学动机的重要因素。该调查结果对汉语师资培养具有积极启示意义。
With the development of Chinese international education represented by Confucius Institutes,the education of qualified Chinese teachers is still a problem that needs to be further addressed.It is of great significance to study the teaching motivation of pre-service Chinese language teachers.Taking 253 MTCSOL students as samples,the characteristics of their teaching motivation and its influencing factors were explored by using a questionnaire.The study shows that:①preservice Chinese teachers have strong social value motivation,cross-cultural motivation and internal motivation,while career value motivation,others’influence motivation and fallback career motivation are weak;②Chinese teaching experience and undergraduate major background are important factors affecting the teaching motivation.The result of this survey has important implications for the education of Chinese teachers.
