摘要
我国高速铁路飞速发展,接触网腕臂安装量大幅增加。目前现有接触网腕臂安装工序基本为零部件运输与现场预配安装。传统的整件运输不利于成品保护,运输过程对腕臂损伤较大。本文提出一种新型腕臂周转箱设计方案,采用腕臂层叠放置的方式将腕臂固定于支撑台架上。腕臂周转箱不仅具有易组装,节约人力且能够直接进场安装的优势,同时也能确保腕臂在运输过程中其外形不发生变化。腕臂周转箱设计方案不仅可提升运输效率与安全,又可减少人力成本、降低运输损失,经济效益明显。
With the rapid development of high-speed railways in China,the installation of catenary cantilevers has significantly increased.Currently,the installation process for the cantilever of the existing overhead contact system is basically to transport parts for on-site pre-assembly and installation.Traditional whole-part transportation is not conducive to the protection of finished products,and it causes significant damage to the cantilever during transportation.This article provides a new type of design scheme for cantilever turnover box,which uses the method of stacking the cantilever to fix the cantilever on the platform.The cantilever turnover box not only has the advantages of easy assembly,labor saving,and direct access for installation,but also ensures that the shape of the cantilever does not change during transportation.The design scheme for cantilever turnover box not only improves transportation efficiency and safety,but also reduces labor costs and transportation losses,ultimately achieving the goal of increasing economic benefits.
