高铁接触网系统智能物料仓库探索与实践 被引量:1

摘要 高铁项目建设通常会使用专门的物料仓库对接触网系统所用到的零件物料进行储存流转。本文旨在探讨高铁接触网系统智能物料仓库(简称为智能物料仓库)系统架构,并以广汕项目智能物料仓库为实例,分析其实际应用效果以证明智能物料仓库系统架构的正确性及实施方案的可行性、有效性。该智能物料仓库成功实施表明,智能物料仓库在高铁项目电气化施工建设中具有巨大潜力和应用价值,而文中所提出的智能物料仓库系统架构,可为铁路接触网系统物料管理提供有力的理论支持和实践参考。 In the constmction of high-speed railway projects,special warehouses are usually used for logistics of parts and materials of overhead contact system.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the system architecture of intelligent warehouses(referred to as intelligent warehouses)for high-speed railway contact system,and analyze its practical application effect with the intelligent warehouses of Guang-Shan project as an example to prove the correctness of the intelligent warehouse system architecture and the feasibility and effectiveness of the implementation plan.The success of this intelligent warehouse reveals great potential and application value of intelligent warehouses in the electrification construction of high-speed railway projects,and the intelligent warehouses system architecture proposed in the paper can provide a solid theoretical base and a practical reference for material management of railway overhead contact system.
