接触网腕臂智能化安装技术研究及装备研制

摘要 高速铁路接触网现场安装作业环节存在低效、高风险、高损耗问题,其中包括腕臂安装等需要负重操作的高空作业,传统接触网工程的建造实施技术对作业人员综合素质要求较高。本文面向施工一线班组作业能力建设,完成新型机械化、自动化腕臂安装作业装备的样机制造和试用。接触网腕臂智能化安装关键技术研究及装备研制目标是完成基于机器视觉引导系统下的高精度腕臂自动对位安装。整备采用双工业相机的机器视觉引导系统引导设备按指定位置进行安装,实现腕臂与腕臂安装基座之间相对位置的标定,引导作业机械臂完成腕臂自动安装。 There are problems of low efficiency,high risk and high loss in the field installation of Overhead Contact System(OCS)in high-speed railway,including high-altitude operation such as wrist arm installation.The construction and implementation technology of traditional OCS engineering has high requirements on the comprehensive quality of operators.This study is oriented to the operation capacity construction of the first-line construction team,and has completed the prototype manufacturing and trial of the new mechanized and automatic wrist cantilever installation equipment,and the research on the key technology of intelligent installation of OCS cantilever and equipment development research goal is to complete the high-precision automatic alignment installation of wrist arm based on the machine vision guidance system.The machine vision guidance system of dual industrial camera is used to guide the equipment to install according to the specified position,determine the relative position between the wrist arm and the cantilever installation base,and guide the operating mechanical arm to complete the automatic installation of the cantilever.
