车辆基地上盖建筑同轨道共基础振动影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 车辆基地上盖物业受盖下列车运行带来振动及二次噪声影响难以避免。目前国内针对市域铁路上盖开发综合体减振降噪研究较少。本文以某市域铁路地下车辆基地为研究对象,在上盖物业与盖下列车轨道共基础情况下,通过对地块内环境振动与噪声现场实测,结合类比测试分析和数值模拟仿真,对拟建项目进行振动噪声影响分析,并提出减振设计方案建议。结果表明:盖下列车运行产生的噪声会通过通风采光口传播至盖上;采用普通轨道时,出入段线和咽喉区上部建筑振动、噪声超过限值,过渡区上部办公建筑亦超限值。出入段线和咽喉区上部建筑正下方轨道采用高等级减振措施、过渡区办公建筑正下方小半径轨道采用中高档减振措施、库区公寓和酒店下方采用中档以上减振措施后,关键控制位置均能满足限值要求。 The influence of vibration and regeneration noise on property development on city railway vehicle base is unavoidable,while the vibration and noise reduction research is rare.This paper takes an property development on underground-vehicle base of a suburban railway as the research object,which is covered with paved development and shares the foundation with the track,by the on-site measurement of environmental vibration and noise in the plot,combined with analogy test analysis and numerical simulation,the impact of vibration and noise on the proposed project is analyzed,and the suggestions of vibration reduction design are given.The results show that the noise generated by the train running will be transmitted to the cover through the ventilation and lighting orifice.When the ordinary track is used,the vibration and noise of the upper building in the access line and throat area exceed the limit values.The upper office building in the transition zone also exceeds the limiit.After adopting high grade vibration reduction measures for the track below the upper building in the access line and throat area,medium-high grade vibration reduction measures for the small-radius track below the office building in the transition area,and medium-high grade vibration reduction measures for the track direcdy below the apartments and hotels in the reservoir area,the critical control positions can all meet the limit requirements.
