摘要
为提高高速铁路信号专业施工设备智能化水平,解决人工进行轨旁设备定复测存在效率低、安全性差、准确度低等问题,课题组结合实际施工应用需求,研制一款轨旁设备定测装置。该装置采用RTK+光电编码器定位系统,可自动辅助铁路轨旁设备安装位置标识,并在轨旁设备安装完成后利用目标识别算法实现位置复测,同时利用激光扫描技术进行限界数据测量。现场试验结果表明:该装置能够正确识别轨旁设备,各项功能均可正常运行,且定位精度达到毫米级,测量限界数据精度为厘米级,符合实际应用相关技术指标。
In order to improve the intelligent level of high-speed railway signaling specialty construction equipment and solve the problems of low efficiency,poor safety,and low accuracy in manual measurement and re-testing of trackside equipment installation,our research group developed a trackside equipment location measurement device based on the actual construction application requirements.The device adopts a RTK+photoelectric encoder positioning system,which can automatically identify the installation position of trackside equipment.After the installation of trackside equipment is completed,target recognition algorithms are used to achieve position remeasurement,and laser scanning technology is used to complete gauge data measurement.The field test results show that the device can correcdy identify trackside equipment,and all functions can operate normally.The positioning accuracy reaches millimeter level,and the measurement gauge data accuracy reaches centimeter level,which conforms to the actual application technical indicators.
