高速铁路站台区伸入隧道两线变三线施工技术研究

摘要 自改革开放以来,铁路连续多年拉动我国经济总量快速增长,对社会经济发展起到举足轻重的作用。根据国家新的铁路网规划,新建铁路开始向偏远山区地带延伸,由于受地形限制及车站规划影响,不可避免会出现站台伸入隧道情况,导致隧道截面发生变化,其中两线变三线大跨度隧道其施工难度大幅增加,安全质量不易保证。本文基于工程实例,采取理论分析与现场实践相结合方法,对隧道内两线变三线大跨四台阶分部开挖和变截面二衬台车进行技术优化研究,形成针对高速铁路三线大跨隧道变截面开挖和衬砌施工成套技术成果,可为今后类似工程提供参考。 Since the reform and opening up,railways have driven the rapid growth of China,s economy for many consecutive years,playing a crucial role in economic and social development.According to the new national railway network plan,new railways are starting to extend to remote mountainous areas.Due to terrain limitations and station planning,there will be situations where platforms extend into tunnels,causing changes in tunnel cross-section.Among which,the large span tunnel with two to three tracks greatly increases the construction difficulty,and its safety and quality are not easily guaranteed.Based on engineering examples,this article conducts technical optimization research on the two-line to three-line long-span four-step excavation in the tunnel and variable-section two-lining trolley by combining theoretical analysis and on-site practice,and forms a complete set of technical achievements for variable section excavation and lining construction of high-speed railway three-line large-span tunnel,which can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
