低温升抗裂耐蚀大体积砼制备技术及其无冷却水管施工方法 被引量:1

摘要 大体积砼在桥梁工程建设中应用广泛,但大体积混凝土温度裂缝发生率较高,易影响结构承载力及耐久性。目前国内外大体积砼施工中存在中低热特种水泥采购困难、布设冷却水管成本较高、新型相变储能材料应用难度较大等问题。针对以上问题,进行了低温升抗裂耐蚀大体积砼制备技术及其无冷却水管施工方法研究。相比传统大体积砼,低温升抗裂耐蚀大体积砼可采用普通水泥实现混凝土低温升、高抗裂及优异耐久性能,在无冷却水管情况下,降低开裂风险,避免温度裂缝。特别是解决了缺水、高侵蚀及其他恶劣环境下大体积砼难以布设冷却水管、耐久性能较差等难题,并成功应用于多项工程实例。 Mass concrete is widely used in bridge construction,but the occurrence rate of temperature cracks in mass concrete is high,which easily affects the bearing capacity and durability of the structure.At present,the main temperature control measures for mass concrete at home and abroad include the use of medium-low heat cement,the embedded cooling water pipes,and the use of phase-change energy storage materials.However,there are some problems such as the difficulty of material source procurement,high construction cost,and difficult application.In view of the above problems,the preparation technology of low temperature rise,crack resistance and corrosion resistance mass concrete and its construction method without cooling water pipe are studied.Compared with traditional mass concrete,low temperature rise,crack resistance and corrosion resistance mass concrete can use ordinary cement to achieve bridge engineering mass concrete with low temperature rise,high crack resistance and excellent durability.In the absence of cooling water pipes,crack risk can be reduced and temperature cracks can be avoided.In particular,it has solved the problems of water shortage,high erosion and other harsh environments,such as the difficulty in laying cooling water pipes for mass concrete and poor durability,and has been successfully applied in many engineering cases.
