左乙拉西坦对癫痫患者肝功能及血脂的影响

Effect of levetiracetam on liver function and blood lipid in epileptic patients

目的探究左乙拉西坦对癫痫患者肝功能及血脂的影响。方法分析2020年5月到2022年5月阜阳市第三人民医院收治的96例类癫痫患者,根据用药方案的不同,将患者分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=46),其中对照组采用丙戊酸钠治疗,观察组采用左乙拉西坦治疗。对比两组疗效、治疗前及治疗6个月后的肝功能指标、血脂水平。结果治疗前,两组的TC、TG、LDL⁃C及HDL⁃C水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗6个月后,对照组患者的TC、TG、LDL⁃C水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.648,5.894,2.593,P<0.05);两组的HDL⁃C水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组ALT、AST及GGT水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,对照组患者的ALT、AST及GGT水平明显高于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(t=2.535,2.258,2.672,P<0.05)。结论左乙拉西坦治疗癫痫患者的效果较好,可有效抑制患者的发作,对患者的肝功能及血脂的影响较小,安全性较高。

Objective To explore the effect of levetiracetam on liver function and blood lipid in epileptic patients.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 96 patients with epilepsy treated in Fuyang No.3 People's Hospital from May 2020 to May 2022.According to the different medication schemes,the patients were divided into the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=46).The control group was treated with valproate and the observation group was treated with levetiracetam.The curative effect,liver function index and blood lipid level before and after 6 months of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TC,TG,LDL⁃C and HDL⁃C levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the levels of TC,TG and LDL⁃C in the con⁃trol group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(t=4.648,5.894,2.593,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in HDL⁃C level between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in ALT,AST and GGT levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of ALT,AST and GGT in the control group were signifi⁃cantly higher than those in the observation group,with statistical significance(t=2.535,2.258,2.672;P<0.05).Conclusion Levetiracetam has a good therapeutic effect on epilepsy patients,can effectively suppress their seizures,has a small impact on liver function and blood lipids,and is relatively safe.
