浅析智能化掘进技术的应用与发展

摘要 为了提高煤矿掘进效率,缓解采掘接替紧张问题,许多煤矿开始应用智能化掘进技术。首先,介绍了智能化掘进的关键技术,主要有远程智能截割、掘进机本体完全遥控、远程可视化、掘进机截割轨迹和机身各项参数的实时监控;其次,通过对两个智能化掘进应用案例的分析,阐述了智能化掘进技术的优势;最后,探讨了智能化掘进技术的发展趋势,主要是更加全面的智能化、更加标准的智能化以及更加可靠的智能化。希望所述内容可以为煤矿智能化掘进提供一定的参考。 In order to improve the efficiency of coal mine excavation and alleviate the tension of mining and excavation succession,many coal mines have begun to apply intelligent excavation technology.Firstly,this paper introduced the key technologies of intelligent tunneling,mainly including remote intelligent cutting,complete remote control of the tunneling machine body,remote visualization,real-time monitoring of the tunneling machine cutting trajectory and various parameters of the machine body;then,through the analysis of two intelligent tunneling application cases,it expounded the advantages of intelligent tunneling technology;secondly,it discussed the development trend of intelligent tunneling technology,mainly including more comprehensive intelligence,more standardized intelligence,and more reliable intelligence.It is hoped that the above content can provide a certain reference for intelligent coal mine excavation.
