变压器和互感器现场交接综合试验系统设计 被引量:1

摘要 为提升居民配电工程现场验收的效率,切实降低电力一线员工的工作压力,文中对配电工程的变压器、互感器等核心器件试验流程进行了分析,并基于C/S软件架构设计了一套综合试验管理系统。该系统以软件工程的理论指导设计为基础,通过详细的需求分析,将系统划分为试验管理平台、移动试验平台及系统参数配置平台三个子系统。进而充分保证了系统功能的完备性,实现了对配电设备全智能化检测流程的控制以及对检测结果数据的自动化归集。在实现的过程中,基于分层的思想将系统分为数据层、基础服务层、数据业务层与交互层。使用SQL等成熟的技术方法,建立了针对第三方集成检测模块的通信接口,以便后期的扩展。基于华电集团的一体化试验模块进行了软硬件联合实验,结果表明,该系统支持最大120 Mb/s的无误码传输,操作交互便捷、运行稳定且试验人员可一键完成试验流程。 In order to improve the acceptance efficiency of on-site acceptance of residential distribution projects and effectively reduce the working pressure of front-line employees,this paper analyzes the test process of core devices such as transformers and transformers in distribution projects,and designs a comprehensive test management system based on C/S software architecture.The system is designed based on the theory of software engineering.Through detailed demand analysis,the system is divided into three subsystems:test management platform,mobile test platform and system parameter configuration platform,which fully ensures the completeness of system functions,and realizes the control of fully intelligent detection process of distribution equipment and the automatic collection of detection result data.In the process of implementation,based on the idea of layering,the system is divided into data layer,basic service layer,data business layer and interaction layer.Using mature technical methods such as SQL,the communication interface for the third-party integrated detection module is established to facilitate the later expansion.Based on the integrated test module of Huadian Group,the software and hardware joint experiment is carried out.The results show that the system supports error free transmission of up to 120 Mb/s,has convenient operation and interaction and stable operation,and the tester can complete the test process with one key.
