血清GSH-Px、CCK水平与食管癌患者胸腔镜手术治疗预后的相关性

Correlation between serum GSH-Px and CCK levels and prognosis of patients with esophageal cancer treated with thoracoscopic surgery

摘要 目的:探讨血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)、胆囊收缩素水平(Cholecystokinin,CCK)与食管癌患者胸腔镜手术治疗预后的相关性。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年7月我院收治的78例食管癌患者作为研究对象的观察组,选取同时期50例健康人员作为研究对象的对照组进行回顾性分析。根据食管癌患者胸腔镜手术治疗后患者的预后不同,将患者分为良好组和不良组。分析患者的预后情况;记录并对比对照组和观察组的血清GSH-Px、CCK水平;比较术后良好组、不良组血清GSH-Px、CCK水平,并分析血清GSH-Px、CCK以及联合检测在预后评估中的价值。结果:观察组患者血清GSH-Px、CCK水平明显高于和对照组(P<0.05)。不良组血清GSH-Px、CCK水平均明显高于良好组(P<0.05)。根据受试者工作特征曲线(Receiver operating characteristic curve,ROC),最佳界限血清GSH-Px(253.65 U·L^(-1))、CCK(143.36 pg·mi-1)可获得ROC曲线下最大面积,两项联合检测结果阳性,表明食管癌胸腔镜治疗预后不良和患者血清GSH-Px、CCK水平密切相关,且两项联合检测的敏感度、特异度均高于单项检测(P<0.05)。结论:血清GSH-Px、CCK水平检测有利于食管癌患者胸腔镜手术后观察肿瘤细胞情况,便于为食管癌患者进行预后治疗。 Objective:To investigate the correlation between serum glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and cholecystokinin(CCK)and prognosis of patients with esophageal cancer treated with thoracoscopic surgery.Methods:In this study,78 patients with esophageal cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the study object observation group,and 50 healthy people in the same period were selected as the study object control group for retrospective analysis.According to the different prognosis of patients with esophageal cancer after thoracoscopic surgery,patients were divided into good group and bad group.The prognosis of patients was analyzed;Serum GSH-Px and CCK levels were recorded and compared between the control group and the observation group.Serum GSH-Px and CCK levels were compared between the good group and the bad group after surgery,and the value of serum GSH-Px,CCK and combined detection in prognosis assessment was analyzed.Results:The levels of serum GSH-Px and CCK in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum GSH-Px and CCK in bad group were higher than those in good group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).According to the Receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC),the maximum area under the ROC curve can be obtained by the optimal limit serum GSH-Px(253.65 U·L^(-1))and CCK(143.36 pg·mL^(-1)).The positive results of the two combined tests indicated that the poor prognosis of thoracoscopic treatment of esophageal cancer was closely related to the serum GSH-Px and CCK levels of patients,and the sensitivity and specificity of the two combined tests were higher than that of the single test(P<0.05).Conclusion:Detection of serum GSH-Px and CCK levels is beneficial to observe tumor cells after thoracoscopic surgery,which is convenient for prognostic treatment of patients with esophageal cancer.
