摘要
“双减”背景下作业管理问题日益凸显,作业“减负”成效有待提高。如何创新作业管理模式以减轻学生作业负担成为研究热点。大数据为创新作业管理模式提供了新思路,基本逻辑主要为以监测功能助推学情诊断精准化、以海量数据助推作业管理决策科学化、以数据技术助推作业管理流程高效化。但大数据赋能作业管理面临诸多现实困境:师资层面,兼具精通数据技术和作业管理技能的人才匮乏;技术层面,作业数据共享机制构建不完善;学生层面,技术理性削弱对学生的关注。基于此,从三个维度提出推进大数据与作业管理有效整合的实践路径:提升教师数据技术素养,实现人机协同管理的高效性;完善作业数据共享机制,提升作业诊断结果的科学性;摆正数据技术地位,树立以人为本的价值导向。
Under the background of "double reducation" ,the problem of homework management is increasingly prominent,and the effect of "burden reduction" needs to be improved.How to innovate the mode of homework management to reduce the burden of students'homework has become a research hotspot.Big data provides new ideas for innovative homework management models.The basic logic mainly uses monitoring function to make the diagnosis more accurate,uses massive data to make the decision more scientific,and uses data technology to make the process more efficient.However,there are many practical difficulties in big data enabling management at the teacher level,there is a shortage of talents who are proficient in both data technology and assignment management;at the technical level,the mechanism of assignment data sharing is not well established;at the student level,technical rationality diminishes attention to students.Based on this,this paper puts forward three practical paths to promote the effective integration of big data and homework management:improving teachers'data technology literacy,realizing the efficiency of human-technology collaborative management;perfecting the mechanism of homework data sharing,improve the scientific results of the operation diagnosis;correct the status of data technology,set up a people-oriented value-orientation.
