铁路无人看守道口信号设备控制系统硬件设计

摘要 文章主要应用了压力传感器模块、HC-RS05系列超声波测距模块收集并发送机车即将到来的信号,用计轴传感器检查机车从道口出清,由可编程控制器分析信息并发出指令,保证道口栏杆的起落、信号灯的亮灭、警铃的响停。栏杆的起落由三相异步电动机提供动力,设备还设置了电磁摩擦制动.器和限位开关,以保证栏杆能在水平和竖直位置停止,能够将栏杆制动在路径上的任何位置。 This design mainly uses the pressure sensor module and HC-RS05 series ultrasonic distance measurement module to collect and send the coming signal of the locomotive,use the axle counter sensor to check the clearance of the locomotive from the crossing,and use the programmable controller to analyze the information and send instructions to ensure the rise and fall of the crossing bar,the light on and off of the signal lamp,and the sound and stop of the alarm bell.The lifting and landing of the handrail is powered by a three-phase asynchronous motor.The equipment is also equipped with electromagnetic friction brake and limit switch to ensure that the handrail can stop at the horizontal and vertical positions,and can brake the handrail at any position on the path.
