摘要
在国内电商蓬勃发展的背景下,快递业务规模开始不断扩大,以顺丰为代表的一批快递企业在飞速发展的过程中,业务流程未及时进行优化,在出库、入库、收件、派件等作业流程中存在效率较低、暴力分拣、线路不当、运费收取不遗明等问题,文章通过对贵州顺丰速运南湖业务部快递业务流程进行分析,提出增加半自动分拣设备、加入智能路线规划.加强入职前培训等优化建议。
In the context of the vigorous development of domestic e-commerce,the scale of express delivery business has begun to grow rapidly.In the process of rapid development,a group of express delivery enterprises,represented by SF,have not optimized their business processes in a timely manner,and there are problems such as low efficiency,violent sorting,improper routing,and opaque freight collection in the outbound,inbound,receipt,and delivery processes,This article analyzes the express delivery business process of GuiZhou SF Express Nanhu Business Department,and proposes optimization suggestions such as adding semi-automatic sorting equipment,adding intelligent route planning,and strengthening pre employment training.
