摘要
在某单位跨系统的应用场景中,用户的个人信息对于提高服务质量和用户体验至关重要。然而,因为各种原因,用户信息常存在不完整或者不准确的问题。为了解决这个问题,文章提出了一种基于多模态融合的跨系统用户信息补全算法。该算法利用用户在不同信息系统上留下的信息(如用户公开的邮件信息、操作记录等),通过多模态数据融合和信息匹配来补全用户信息。实验结果表明,该算法在某单位的跨系统用户信息补全任务上取得了优秀的效果。
In a cross system application scenario of a certain unit,user personal information is crucial for improving service quality and user experience.However,due to various reasons,there are often issues with incomplete or inaccurate user information.To address this issue,the article proposes a cross system user information completion algorithm based on multimodal fusion.This algorithm utilizes the information left by users on different information systems(such as publicly available email information,operation records,etc.)to complete user information through multimodal data fusion and information matching.The experimental results show that the algorithm has achieved excellent results in the cross system user information completion task of a certain unit.
