Research on the Mechanism of University-Government-Enterprise Cooperation Education for Application-oriented Undergraduate Tourism Management Major

应用型本科高校旅游管理专业人才供给侧和旅游行业企业旅游管理人才需求侧应相适应,政府出台校政企紧密合作的政策措施,搭建校政企紧密合作的平台,通过政府与高校和企业协同、高校与政府协同、高校与行业企业协同、旅游行业企业与高校协同,建立校政企协同育人机制,共同培养高素质的旅游专业人才。

The supply side of tourism management professionals in application-oriented undergraduate universities should be adapted to the demand side of tourism management professionals in tourism industry enterprises.The government should carry out policies,build platforms and establish a mechanism for coordinated education between universities,governments and enterprises.Through coordination in pairs,the three types of subjects could jointly cultivate high-quality tourism professionals.
