高校专业课教师课程思政教学能力研究

Research on the Ideological and Political Teaching Ability of Professional Course Teachers in Colleges and Universities

新时代背景下,高校教师在专业课堂教学中把思想政治教育与专业教学相结合成为评价高校教师综合授课水平的重要依据。但基于对F高校教师将思政教育融入专业课程现状调查发现,高校专业课教师“课程思政”中面临着专业课教师的课程“思政元素”待深入挖掘、部分教师“课程思政”情景设置单一、教师课程思政的长效培育机制待构建、教学大纲和教学教案待完善的挑战。为进一步提升专业课教师课程思政能力,应将价值观融入知识传授和能力培育,将地方优秀文化融入专业课程设计,将多方主体共同力量融入教学创新,完善课程思政融入课程教学的评价体系。

In the new era,college teachers combine ideological and political education with professional teaching in professional classroom teaching as an important basis for evaluating the comprehensive teaching level of college teachers.However,based on the investigation on the current situation of F university teachers'integration of ideological and political education into professional courses,it is found that the professional course teachers in colleges and universities are faced with the challenges of"ideological and political elements"of the professional course teachers' curriculum that need to be further explored,some teachers'"curriculum ideological and political"scenario settings are single,the long-term cultivation mechanism of teachers'curriculum ideological and political education needs to be built,and the teaching syllabus and teaching plan need to be improved.In order to further enhance the curriculum ideological and political ability of professional course teachers,we will integrate values into knowledge teaching and ability cultivation,integrate local excellent culture into professional curriculum design,integrate multi subject joint forces into teaching innovation,and improve the evaluation system of integrating curriculum ideological and political into curriculum teaching.
