摘要
基于OBE教育理念,结合当前行业发展需求,对国际货运代理专业对应的岗位群进行分析,将岗位需求、专业课程、技能竞赛、1+X证书相结合,以OBE理念为基础,建立“岗位-能力-知识”关联矩阵模型,进而构建基于“岗课赛证”融通的国际货运代理专业模块化课程体系,通过企业师傅、专业教师、技能竞赛、职业鉴定四级考核进行学生的综合评价,完善优化模块化、递进式的课程体系。
Based on the OBE education concept and combined with the needs of current industry development,the article analyzes the corresponding post groups of the international freight forwarding profession,and combines the post requirements,professional courses,skill competitions,and 1+X certificates to build a"post-Ability-knowledge"correlation matrix model and then build a"post class competition certificate"modular curriculum system for international freight forwarding.Through the four-level assessment of enterprise masters,professional teachers,skill competitions,and professional appraisal to evaluate students comprehensively,and improve and optimize the modular and progressive curriculum system.
