基于OBE理念的大学生综合素质评价方法研究——以东南大学成贤学院为例

Research on the Overall Quality Evaluation Method of College Students based on OBE Concept-Take Chengxian College of Southeast University as an Example

基于OBE理念提出一种新的大学生综合素质评价方法,以改进后的大学生综合素质评价指标体系为框架,制作“大学生成长手册”来动态、全面、客观地评价大学生综合素质,该评价方法将OBE内涵中的“成果导向、学生主体、持续改进”贯穿其中,以预期最终成果为导向,重视学生主体作用的发挥,并不断反馈、持续改进,以促进学生更好地成长和发展。

This paper,based on the concept of OBE,puts forward a new overall quality evaluation method of college students,That is,students take the improved college students comprehensive quality evaluation index system as the framework,make"the manual of growth"to evaluate the students'overall quality dynamically,comprehensively,and objectively.The evaluation method blends the connotation of OBE concept,which is"results orientation,students'subject,continuous improvement".In order to promote better growth and development of students,this new method,which is expected results oriented,takes the role of students'subject into account,gives feedback and promotes continuously.
