摘要
本文以壳聚糖为原材料,与衣康酸产生交联反应溶解后预冻48h,进行冷冻干燥得到了轻质可回弹的自修复壳聚糖气凝胶。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、红外光谱分析仪(FTIR)和X射线衍射分析仪(XRD)等仪器测试分析浓度变化对样品的微观结构、孔隙结构、晶体状态和网络结构的影响。结果表明:随着壳聚糖浓度与衣康酸浓度配比质量分数从1%增大到4%,壳聚糖气凝胶的交联程度和力学性能都得到了很大的提高。
In this paper,chitosan is used as raw material,dissolved by cross-linking reaction with itaconic acid,followed by pre-frozen for 48 hours,to produce lightweight and reboundable self-repairing chitosan aerogel after freeze-drying.Scanning electron microscope(SEM),infrared spectrum analyzer(FTIR)and X-ray diffraction analyzer(XRD)are used to test and analyze the effect of concentration changes on the microstructure,pore structure,crystal state and network structure of samples.The results show that,the cross-linking degree and mechanical properties of chitosan aerogel are greatly improved with the increase of the mass fraction of chitosan concentration and itaconic acid concentration from 1%to 4%.
