在国家信息化建设快速发展的今天,各个地区图书馆管理不能再拘泥于传统的方式,而要及时做出改变与创新。图书馆作为一个汇集了各个时代的优秀思想精华的场所,其对社会影响是巨大的。要想实现图书馆的高效管理,相关工作人员就需要构建一套完善的信息管理系统,为图书馆的稳定运行提供保障。本文结合图书馆工作实际情况,就当前图书馆工作中出现的问题进行详细分析,并针对这些问题,提出了相应的改进措施,希望可以给相关工作人员带来帮助。

At present,with rapid development of national informatization construction,library management in various regions can no longer be limited to traditional methods,and requires timely changes and innovations.As a place where the best ideas of each era are gathered,the library has enormous impact on the society.In order to achieve highly efficient library management,relevant staff need to build a complete information management system,which can ensure the stable operation of the library.Based on the actual situation of library work,this paper analyzes the problems in the current library work in detail,and puts forward corresponding improvement measures for these problems,hoping to help relevant staff.
