微带滤波器喷印制造关键技术研究

摘要 本文主要介绍了陶瓷基微带带通滤波器的设计方法,并设计了一款四阶平行耦合微带滤波器,采用电子喷印制造技术实现了滤波器制造。同时,文章对喷印制造设备、高分散性喷印浆料的制备及喷印制造工艺进行了介绍。经过对喷印制造的滤波器进行性能测试,表明喷印制造精度对滤波器特性影响较大,控制好喷印精度可以制造出性能较好的滤波器。 This paper mainly introduces the design method of ceramic-based microstrip band-pass filter,and designs a fourth-order parallel-coupled microstrip filter,which realizes filter manufacturing by electronic jet printing manufacturing technology.At the same time,this paper introduces the jet printing manufacturing equipment,the preparation of highly dispersible jet printing paste and the jet printing manufacturing process.The performance test of the filter manufactured by jet printing shows that the jet printing manufacturing accuracy has a great influence on the characteristics of the filter,and the filter with better performance can be manufactured by controlling the jet printing accuracy.
