摘要
本文针对需要多次翻转测量的小型零件,开展了激光雷达自动测量技术研究,建立参数化的激光雷达设备模型,研制多角度旋转工作台及组合夹具,采用VC#编程语言开发了基于CATIA的测量规划系统和基于SA的零件自动测量系统,实现激光雷达与工作台协同工作,实现产品的精准高效测量,有效缩短了测量时间,降低了零件检测成本。
In this paper,research on laser radar automatic measurement technology is carried out for small parts that require multiple turnovers for measurement.A parameterized laser radar equipment model is established,and a multi-angle rotating workbench and combined fixture are developed.Using VC#programming language,a measurement planning system based on CATIA and an automatic part measurement system based on SA have been developed to achieve collaborative work between laser radar and workbench,achieve accurate and efficient measurement of products,effectively shorten measurement time,and reduce the cost of part detection.
