我国炼焦用煤资源开发利用分析

Analysis of Development and Utilization of Coal Resources for Coking in China

为保护我国稀缺炼焦用煤资源,基于我国炼焦用煤资源准备现状和开发利用情况,指出了我国炼焦煤产业面临着资源储备不足,优质炼焦煤资源被过度开发,产出存在结构性矛盾。结合我国2017年全国炼焦用煤产量数据,对我国炼焦用煤可采年限进行预测分析,认为我国炼焦用煤资源可采年限底线为111年。为了让国内炼焦用煤资源实现良性循环发展,需要在现有基础上提升对炼焦用煤资源的管理能力与保障能力,保护与节约并重,合理开发利用炼焦用煤资源。

In order to protect China’s scarce coal resources for coking,based on the current situation of preparation and development and utilization of coal resources for coking in China,it is pointed out that China’s coking coal industry is facing insufficient resource reserves,over exploited high-quality coal resources for coking,and structural contradictions in output.Combined with China’s national coking coal production data in 2017,the prediction analysis of the recoverable life of coal for coking in China is carried out,and the bottom line of the recoverable life of China’s coal resources for coking is 111 years.In order to achieve a virtuous cycle of domestic coal resources for coking,it is necessary to improve the management and guarantee capabilities of coal resources for coking on the existing basis,pay equal attention to protection and conservation,and rationally develop and utilize coal resources for coking.
