基于测量机的飞机小型结构件自助测量系统开发

摘要 本文针对飞机小型结构件测量机检测效率低的难题,开展了测量机自动化检测技术的研究,构建基于测量机的小型结构件自助式测量系统,研制零件测量用组合夹具和高精度温湿度监控系统,并采用VC#编程语言开发基于PC-DMIS的自助式测量系统控制软件,实现飞机小型结构件快速装夹、自动测量、自动数据处理及测量报告自动输出,有效缩短测量编程时间,降低了零件检测成本。 In order to solve the problem of low efficiency in the inspection of small aircraft structural parts by measuring machines,this paper has carried out research on automatic inspection technology for measuring machines,construct a self�service measurement system for small aircraft structural parts based on measuring machines,and develops a combination fixture for parts measuring and a high precision temperature and humidity monitoring system.VC#programming language is used to develop control software for a self-service measurement system based on PC-DMIS,which can realize fast clamping,automatic measurement,automatic data processing and automatic output of measurement report of small aircraft structural parts,effectively shorten the time of measurement programming and reduce the cost of parts inspection.
