摘要
通过与常规衬砌台车的全面比较,对其在某条公路隧道的衬砌施工进行对比,得出的结论是:与常规衬砌台车相比,自动化衬砌台车能够更好地解决隧道衬砌施工中经常存在的气泡、蜂窝麻面、强度不足、顶板脱落等问题,可以有效地改善隧道的施工质量,提升施工安全、文明施工水平,加快施工进度,降低施工费用,可为今后同类隧道的施工提供有益借鉴。
Through a comprehensive comparison with conventional lining trolleys and their lining construction in a highway tunnel,the conclusion is that compared with conventional lining trolleys,automated lining trolleys can better solve the problems commonly encountered in tunnel lining construction,such as air bubbles,honeycomb pits,insufficient strength,and roof peeling,and can effectively improve the construction quality of the tunnel,enhance construction safety,and enhance the level of civilized construction,accelerate the construction progress,reduce the construction cost,and provide a beneficial reference for the construction of similar tunnels in the future.
